Child & Adolescent Therapy
Natasha has the ability to build rapport with youth by being patient, creating a playful and safe space, and engaging parents/guardians to join in the therapeutic process. She also works collaboratively with other providers involved in the care of children and adolescents.
Natasha has worked with youth who present with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, ADHD, and social-emotional difficulties. She has worked with youth diagnosed with autism and various learning disabilities. She also has experience addressing concerns with youth substance use.

Family Therapy
Natasha has worked with various family systems to build effective communication skills and improve conflict resolution skills. She has provided parent coaching and supported collaborative parenting for families impacted by divorce/separation. She has experience working with parent/child dyads, as well as conjoint sibling therapy.
Natasha is intentional in her approach to family work and aims to be collaborative and supportive to all members within the family system.

Individual Therapy for Adults
Natasha aims to create an empathic, reflective, and supportive space for adult clients to build self-awareness and practice self-compassion. She is collaborative, provides psychoeducation, and shares a variety of tools for coping with life challenges and stress.
Natasha has worked with individual adults who present with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, history of trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, transitions to parenthood, transitions through divorce and post-divorce, and substance use concerns/addiction recovery.
Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Natasha has provided clinical supervision to graduate students in training, and post-graduate clinicians in practice. She offers a strengths-based approach to supervision and a culturally diverse lens for conceptualizing clinical work. Natasha aims to work collaboratively within the clinical supervision and consultation space. She has also facilitated clinical consultation groups with various focus topics.
With a focus on supporting clinicians trained in Internal Family Systems, Natasha is an Approved Clinical Consultation with the IFS Institute. She is experienced as a Program Assistant for Level 1 and Level 2 trainings and currently offers individual, small group, dyad, and triad group consultation for therapists who have completed IFS Level 1 training; or who are IFS informed and seeking to deepen and expand in their practice of the model.
Natasha is a Certified IFS Therapist and is Level 3 Trained.
Natasha is especially interested in supporting other clinicians using the IFS model in their therapeutic work with youth, parents, and families; as well as those who work with addictive patterns and complex trauma.
